Winter Youth WHITEOUT 2012: Overview

 

WHITEOUT is our winter retreat offering for those who have completed 6th grade through 12th grade.

 

A significant quality about Hesperus (other than the winter wonderland and the frigid, crazy fun) is the opportunity to take a long weekend away from school and refocus on the prize set before us.  Our staff are experts in providing a meaningful experience that is safe and incredibly fun (and frigid). When you come to Hesperus, you will be encouraged through the gospel message, engage in meaningful worship and get some time alone and with your group to process what God is doing.

 

At the same time, Hesperus is intentional about its high energy recreation and allowing kids to be kids. That includes things like 33 MPH zip-lines, disc golfing, long tubing runs, elegant (or not) ice skating, and a host of other things. If you allow it, a weekend at Hesperus can recharge you and refocus you for a strong finish of the school year. We can't wait to see you this winter!
