The friendly Hesperus staff specializes in assisting groups that wish to develop and execute their own program whether it is a week-long camp, a weekend retreat, a weekday meeting, or simply a day of recreation. Hesperus provides the lodging, the meals, the facilities and the activities that are customized to meet your specific needs. We offer catered snack breaks, Audio/Visual and conference setups to provide a wide range of possibilities. We are excited to help you plan an event that will meet the needs of your group.

Our staff are eager to service your needs associated with Audio/Visual equipment, snack breaks, and conference set-ups. Timely communication and careful strategy will have us taking care of the on-site logistics and leave you able to show up and focus on your group.
